He is awarded with honorary visiting Professor at 2^nd University Hospital, Lanzhou, China in 2010 for his academic contribution.
He is one of the very few Pediatric Endourologist in India with special Interest in pediatric Ureterosocpy and PCNL .
He has established and managed the only Pediatric Endourology Centre and advanced Pediatric laparoscopy centre of Madhya Pradesh and Central India, at SAIMS, Indore.
He is one of the founder member of Bariatric Surgery programme at Mohak robotics and bariatrics Indore which is now the highest volume bariatric surgery centre in the World.
He has many first in his name at Khandesh like first pediatric laparoscopic hernia repair in male& female, laparoscopic pyeloplasty, laparoscopic orchidopexy, laparoscopic cardiomyotomy for achalasia cardia, neonatal laparoscopic surgery, neonatal thoracoscopic surgery for CDH and TOF, laparoscopic liver hydatid cyst excision, pediatric ureterolithotripsy, pediatric PCNL, pediatric per Cutaneous cystolithotripsy for bladder calculus and many more.
He has been invited as Guest speaker in many national and international conferences at various places in India as well as abroad.
He is reviewer for many international journal of pediatric surgery and urology like Journal of Pediatric Surgery, USA. International journal of urology, Japan to name among a few.
He has performed more than 20000 surgical procedures uptill now.
He has about 40 publications till now as original articles, book chapter, case reports, editorials and abstracts in reputed international and national indexed journals.
He has totally meritorious student life as well as won Gold Medals in undergraduation in many subjects including Pediatrics.
He was awarded Gold medal in M.Ch. as well as DNB Pediatric Surgery, only surgeon to achieve this fit.
He is founder of laparoscopic training center at Indore which is very popular amongst surgical fraternity and has trained many surgeons in laparoscopic surgery.
He is guide for M.S.surgery and M.Ch. pediatric surgery both.
Apart from academic activities, he has imparted laparoscopic surgery training through Rotary International in Ethiopia, Mongolia for their surgeons.
He is also an avid sportsperson and seasoned marathoner and participated in many half and full marathons regularly
